Who are the Zêzerearts Choral team?

How do I make a booking?

To make a booking for the Zêzerearts Choral at Yoghurt Rooms, please visit the booking page. Concert tickets can be reserved in advance.

What is the process?

3. Pay by bank transfer
4. Receive the confirmation details email
5. Complete the participation questionnaire
6. Finalise your travel and accommodation plans
7. Receive information about repertoire and group allocations

What happens after I reserve a place?

After you have booked, you will be sent an email containing the payment options. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received by bank transfer or other method by agreement (such as via PayPal for payments in a currency other than GBP). Upon confirmation, you will receive a further email containing a link to our participant questionnaire which will help us capture your details. You will also receive a username and password for this website so that you can review your bookings.

What are the accessibility arrangements?

We are open to discussing any questions you may have regarding your physical access to the spaces. Please let us know about your requirements and we will aim to accommodate you as far as we possibly can.

Can I cancel?

If you purchase your ticket before any repertoire has been announced, and you wish to cancel your booking after we make the announcement, please do so within two weeks to receive a full refund. In the event of any cancellation outside of this window, we must be informed at least two weeks before the event is due to take place. We will either pay back your money minus an administration charge of £20, or we will agree with you to hold the funds in credit towards your attendance of a future event. Refunds will not be available for cancellations within the last two weeks prior to the event unless we are able to resell your ticket. A £20 administration charge will be applied. We reserve the right to cancel the event at any time, in which case all monies paid will be refunded.

What are the arrangements for group bookings?

Discounted group bookings of 2 or more are can be reserved via the bookings page. The person making the booking agrees to be the lead contact for payment arrangements, and will be tasked with passing out links to the online questionnaire to all the members of the party.

What are the timings for the day?

We will be open for registration and a buffet breakfast from 8.30am. Rehearsals will start between 9.30am and 10am. The concert will begin at 7.30pm, and go on until 9.30pm, but the venue will be happy for us to stay around later than that to socialise.

How do I get to the venue?

Can under 18s attend the event?

Yes, but they must be accompanied by a participating adult and supervised at all times. They must also be musically in a position to participate so that they can make the most of the day. Good reading and concentration skills are recommended.

How do I arrange accommodation?

Contact us at any time to be added to the first-come-first-served yurt and indoor accommodation waiting lists. If you are interested in booking a whole yurt for your party please let us know. View accommodation options.

When will we hear about concert tickets?

Tickets for the supper concert will be announced in due course. If you are not attending as a workshop participant, but would like to be kept informed of announcements relating to the concert, please join the mailing list.

How do I get hold of a digital flyer to share on social media?

You’ll always find the latest version of the flyer on the flyer page of the website.

Can I have some paper flyers to help spread the word about the event?

Yes, please email us and let us know your address and the number of flyers you would like to receive. The event is very soon, so please let us know right away.
